How does your pricing work?
Every SKU lists transparent per-case pricing right on its product page — no quote wall. We buy direct from BPI-certified factories and stock in US warehouses, and volume discounts kick in at 3+, 5+, and 10+ cases to bring the per-unit cost down. With your kit we email you a price sheet for your exact volume, so you can compare it against your current supplier line by line.
How do I know it's actually compliant — not just labeled 'eco'?
Every SKU is BPI-certified and PFAS-free, tested to ASTM D6868 (fiber) or D6400 (PLA), and documented for FDA food contact. Your Sample Kit ships with the certificate numbers, test reports, and FDA letters — the same documents your jurisdiction or auditor will ask for.
What if it doesn't hold up on my menu?
That's exactly what the Sample Kit is for. Run every SKU through real service — hot entrées, sauces, delivery, the microwave. The kit costs you nothing but shipping, and you keep it either way — so if anything doesn't perform, or isn't certified for your state, you've risked nothing. We'd rather you find out now than after a pallet arrives.
Do you ship to my state?
We ship anywhere in the continental US from our warehouses — your delivery date and shipping cost are shown at checkout. Pallet and container freight is available on request for higher volumes.
What are the minimums?
None. The Sample Kit is FREE with no minimum and no commitment — you only cover shipping. For orders, we sell by the case, with volume discounts that kick in at 3+, 5+, and 10+ cases.
How fast can I actually get stock?
In-catalog SKUs are in stock and ship from our US warehouses — your delivery date and shipping cost are confirmed at checkout, with no overseas lead time to wait on. Custom-printed packaging runs a 3–4 week lead time.
